In 2014, Raphaella succeeded her father as CEO of the family business, specialized in linoleum. The factory was once started by her grandfather and had further grown to one of the largest national producers of linoleum flooring under her father’s influence. Now it’s her turn and Raphaella has ambitious plans for the company. 

 

Raphaella: This year, I want to increase the company’s revenue by 30% and I want to do so by expanding internationally. We’re already the biggest national producer, so there was not much opportunity for growth here, but we have recently hired a representative in Spain. At this moment, he’s only working half time for us so I needed a solution to forward the calls outside his working hours.
